Pink Panda x Falinski+Griffin – Struggles

Struggles (Original Mix) Preview

Struggles (Future Groove Mix) Preview

While their black and white giant counterparts face extreme daily Struggles, this British native duo have consistently proven themselves to be an exception to the rule. Unique in every way and turning heads wherever they go, Pink Panda are one species not about to be wiped out as they bring their distinctive sound and image to the forefront of contemporary dance music.Kicking off the second release on their own imprint Pandamoniam, the original Struggles mix combines relentless and unforgiving synths with driving bass that make this the perfect peak time crowd pleaser. Enlisting the unfaltering yet haunting vocals of Falinski+Griffin, Struggles packs a punch you’ve come to expect from a pair who take the roof off every party they play. Dedicated to producing cutting edge dance music, their commitment to the cause couldn’t be clearer as they also offer up another of their ‘Future Groove’ mixes. This mix takes a more driving techy route that’ll whip anyone within ear shot into a frenzied future groove and straight to the dancefloor. With previous Beatport success under these bear’s belts and BlasterjaxxCedric Gervais and Judge Jules among their list of supporters, Struggles is predicted to hit the nail on the head once again. They’ve previously taken their sound to Ibiza, Greece, Germany, Taiwan, Bahrain, Seoul and Jakarta but bangers like this in their record box is evidence that sightings of these Pink Pandas will become an ever more regular occurrence…

unnamedThe latest installment in the acclaimed All Gone mix album series sees the definitive dance music tastemaker Pete Tong team up with Hot Since 82, one of the fiercest talents to emerge from the UK scene in the last few years.

All Gone Pete Tong & Hot Since 82 Ibiza 2015 features upfront electronic music from across the spectrum of house and techno, including cuts from the likes of Nick Curly, Azari & III, Disciples, Jaymo & Andy George x Sidney Charles, Deetron, Culoe De Song, Manta Ray and many more.

Also included are brand new and exclusive tracks from Pete Tong and Hot Since 82 themselves. Tong teams up with John Monkman on ‘Phoenix’ while Hot Since 82 showcases many of his Knee Deep in Sound label cuts alongside ‘State’ which concludes his mix on CD2.

Pete Tong continues to reign as the world’s leading dance music tastemaker. His shows on Radio 1 and Evolution in the UK and US respectively attract millions of listeners around the globe, and his All Gone parties have become the stuff of modern legend.

Hot Since 82’s rise to the top has been nothing short of incredible. Career highlights include 2013’s groundbreaking Little Black Book, ranking as a top 10 Beatport seller of all time with his ‘Bigger Than Prince’ remix and gracing the cover of Mixmag last year. Add to these notable achievements four Essential New Tunes and two Essential Mixes and you have an idea of just how talented this lad from Barnsley really is.

“Hot Since 82 is one of the most exciting underground electronic talents to emerge from the UK over the past 5 years” says Tong.  “First and foremost he’s a great DJ, who combines on-stage charisma with killer tune selection, and secondly he’s a potent force in the studio who has already delivered a rude amount of essential tunes and remixes in his relatively short career.

“I’m thrilled to be teaming up with him on this summer 2015 edition of the All Gone series.”

Pete Tong also embarks on an All Gone tour this summer, taking in destinations around the world including Amnesia Ibiza, Electric Zoo, USA and Creamfields. Full details are included below.

World-renowned multi-Grammy nominated French disco legend, Cerrone, is back in action this year with a re-imagination of his disco classic “Supernature” – this time, sung by vocalist supreme, Beth Ditto. The updated version has most recently received the remix treatment by notable French producer, Alan Braxe, and is out today everywhere.

Click to watch the official music video for CERRONE – Supernature ft. Beth Ditto (Alan Braxe Mix).

If disco music had to be summarized to one artist, one creator, it would be Marc Cerrone and nobody else. The French producer is considered one of the most influential disco acts in the world, having sold over 30 million records worldwide throughout his career, including 8 million copies of his manum opus “Supernature”

Cerrone’s music has been sampled over 170 times by major acts including the Beastie Boys, Run DMC, Bob Sinclair, Sebastian Tellier, The Alchemist & The Prodigy. He has made his mark on the world influencing a whole generation of cosmic disco lovers – cited as an inspiration by acts like Todd Terje, Prins Thomas, James Murphy and Nile Rodgers. Cerrone is a 5-time Grammy nominee and winner of the 1977 Grammy for his first hit “Love in C Minor” – a track which sold over 3 million copies and remained at the top of the worldwide charts 2 months after release.

Most recently, Cerrone has been the subject of a documentary, premiered on Pitchfork, featuring Nile Rodgers, Dimitri from Paris & More.

The name Alan Braxe is synonymous with the development of the French music scene. He stands out as a pioneer of electronic music, due to a unique ability to put melody over mass and his sound is the very embodiment of the mythical “French Touch”. He is perhaps most widely known for his collaboration with Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter on Stardust, creating the classic dance record “Music Sounds Better With You.” It was an international smash hit, spending weeks at the top of the charts. Accompanied by a remarkable film clip (directed by Michel Gondry), it is still as much of an anthem today as when it first debuted.

It was no surprise that some major artists came knocking on Alan’s door, hoping to secure his unique style and sound for their own material. Remixes for the likes of Björk, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Kelis, Justice, Ellie Goulding and Beyoncé, were just a few of the artist that lifted Alain’s remix profile to new heights.

In a huge week of news from Sweden’s Dada Life, the pair bring you four massive announcements: their new single ‘One Last Night On Earth’ streaming exclusively on Spotify; the full line-up of The Voyage 2015; one of the biggest competition prizes ever in the history of Dada Land; and an amazing new documentary live now on YouTube!
In February 2015 Dada Life embarked on their most ambitious tour to date in an effort to bring the Nation of Dada Land to cities across North America. Compounds in Brooklyn, Houston, Phoenix, Detroit, Milwaukee, San Jose, Edmonton, Denver, Salt Lake City, Toronto, Miami, El Paso and St. Petersburg fell before crowds of thousands converging on some of the most unusual and dynamic venues ever to be taken over by an electronic act, all in the name of Dada.
Now, two months after the lights died down on their final Compound show, Olle Cornéer and Stefan Engblom release an exclusive and at times emotional behind-the-scenes documentary film that dives head first into the wonderful world of Dada Life.
Filmed not just from Olle, Stefan and their entire team’s point of view, the documentary also taps into the people that make up one of the most loyal and fervent global fan bases of any electronic act.
Over the past five years, Dada Life have created an extraordinary bond with their followers; devotees of Dada looking to leave the real world at the door and enter a safe, positive, embracing environment where absolutely anything goes. From world record pillow fights to champagne showers and legions of banana-suited Citizens of Dada Land, Dada Life has been just as much about the people surging to each show as it has been about Olle and Stefan – a point they make clear in the documentary.
I think a lot of artists, DJs, say “Oh, I love my fans, I like my fans,”” says Stefan, “but for me,  personally, I actually love our fans.
In most shows you go to, it’s more seeing the performer up here, and you’re in the crowd and you’re down there, and you watch something,” Olle continued, “but we wanted to be on the same level, we want people to interact with us all the time, so the pillow fight, the photo booth, it’s all one big dysfunctional family, Dada Land.
With just weeks to go until the Nation of Dada Land converges for their biggest event yet, the 2015 edition of The Voyage in San Bernardino, CA on July 18, the full line-up has been unleashed. Joining Dada Life at the San Manuel Amphiteather will be 12th Planet, 3LAU, Andybody, Bixel Boys, OOKAY, Party Favor and Wuki. The Citizens of Dada Land are set for yet another spectacular, unique, and thoroughly Dada experience, but for one Citizen, the event will be something they’ll never forget! Teaming up with event organisers Insomniac, Dada Life unleash their biggest competition prize package yet.
One lucky winner will receive the following:
·      Two tickets to EDC Las Vegas
·      A private golf cart ride around the festival grounds
·      Two tickets and a camping pass to The Voyage 2015
·      Ride into The Voyage 2015 with Dada Life in their hot air balloon
·      Watch Dada Life’s closing set from side stage
·      Two banana suits to help break the Guinness World Record
·      Two tickets to Nocturnal Wonderland
To enter, simply visit and follow the instructions!
Finally(!), Dada Life fans get their first chance to listen to the band’s latest single ‘One Last Night On Earth’ in full today, thanks to a week-long exclusive period on the world’s biggest streaming site Spotify.
The track, set to be released for full download next week on June 9, is another huge smash from Olle Cornéer and Stefan Engblom. Containing one of the most infectious EDM hooks in recent memory, it is certain to be a mammoth favourite on the club and festival circuit this year. A battle cry to dance floor action from the two Swedes, Olle and Stefan traverse brilliantly between the track’s ethereal, ‘hands in the air’ moments and the more fist-pumping, adrenalin-inducing sections. The pair gradually crank the tension up, giving the vocal line and full-bodied piano chords enough breathing room to lay the foundation for an increase in momentum, before exploding through into the break down in typical Dada Life fashion.
Dada Life ‘One Last Night On Earth’ is streaming exclusively on Spotify now – available to buy on all major download sites June 9.
